What is Periodic Customer Account Information Update?
Periodic Customer Account Information Update is the process of reviewing and verifying customer information periodically to ensure that customers confirm their identity and update their information.
Bitazza Co., Ltd. has implemented a periodic customer review system to ensure that the information in the system is accurate and up-to-date. When a customer’s account reaches its scheduled review period, the company will request the customer’s cooperation to update or submit additional documents within the specified time after receiving an email and notification from the company.
Why is Periodic Customer Account Information Update necessary?
For security, and in compliance with legal requirements and the service standards of Bitazza Co., Ltd. as a licensed digital asset trading platform, it is required for all accounts to undergo periodic updates and submit additional documents according to the review cycle for each customer. This allows the company to ensure that the customer’s information is accurate and up-to-date.
If a customer does not comply with the request within the specified time, their account will be temporarily suspended, and they will not be able to conduct trades or withdraw THB or digital assets. However, rest assured, all assets will remain safe.
Required Documents
During the process of updating the customer’s account information, in addition to personal details, the company may also request the following additional documents:
- Identity documents such as ID cards, passports, driver’s licenses, work permits, house registration, etc.
If you are encountering issues with the identity verification system, you can try these solutions first:
- Check and adjust your internet connection.
- Choose the most stable internet network in your area.
- Try changing the connection type, such as switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (Cellular Data) or vice versa.
This will help improve connection efficiency and reduce issues during the identity verification process.
Additional Cases:
- If you have changed your name, please submit a document showing the name change along with a copy of your new ID card.
- If your ID card has expired, please submit an updated copy of your ID card.
Steps to Update Information
- Open the Bitazza Thailand app.
- If you need to submit additional documents, an announcement will appear at the top of the user interface.
- Tap on the announcement bar, then proceed to update your information and submit the necessary documents according to the app’s instructions.
Important Information Regarding the Process
When a customer’s review period arrives, the company will send a notification via email and on the Bitazza Thailand app, including the deadline for submitting all the required information and documents. There are 3 stages of notifications:
Stage 1: Notification to update the customer’s information within the specified period.
Stage 2: A reminder if the customer has not updated their information, requiring action before the deadline.
Note: The deadlines for each individual will differ depending on their review cycle.
Stage 3: Final reminder to update the information before the deadline expires.

If the customer does not take action within the specified period, their account will be temporarily suspended.
- Account suspension is not a cancellation of service but a temporary halt until the required information is received. The account will be reactivated once all documents are submitted and verified.
- Failure to submit the required documents will require the company to follow internal risk management measures, which may impact access to some services.
- Note: The deadlines for each individual will differ depending on their review cycle.
The Periodic Customer Account Information Update process is an essential step that acts as an additional layer of security for users, ensuring they can start their trading journey seamlessly.
Users will receive 10 Freedom Shards (FDS)* when their information is successfully updated and approved.
*Note:
- Users who submit the required information and documents by the deadline and get approval will receive 10 Freedom Shards (FDS).
- Freedom Shards (FDS) will be airdropped into the wallet on the Freedom World app, registered with the same email as the Bitazza Thailand account.
- The airdrop will be conducted approximately 15-30 business days after the submitted information has been reviewed and approved
