Important Update: The Withdrawal System Has Been Restored to Normal Operation

We’re pleased to inform you that the fiat withdrawal system on the Bitazza Thailand application is now fully operational. This follows recent system improvements made in collaboration with our banking partners to enhance your experience.

Fiat Withdrawals 

• The system will automatically process your request immediately after you submit a withdrawal request.
• Service Hours: 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.

Our team has successfully connected with our partner bank, allowing the withdrawal of THB to resume as normal. 

However, our team is still working on connecting the fiat deposit system, so the temporary fiat deposit process will continue as it is for now.

Fiat Deposits

• Available 24/7, with processing time up to 1 hour. Deposits can only be made through the Bitazza Thailand app.
• The temporary deposit process (attach the slip) remains in effect.

Note: Please verify the account name and follow the steps carefully to avoid delays.

That being said, the system upgrade for fiat deposits and withdrawals, aimed at enhancing the user experience, is already halfway through.

We are working quickly to restore full functionality, and we will notify you as soon as the Baht deposit system is fully restored.
