Campaign Details

Receive a 50% discount on trading fees from the standard rate when trading BTC/THB and ETH/THB pairs only.
(Excludes trading of other tokens or trading pairs.)

Campaign Conditions

1. Customers must register an account with Bitazza Thailand and complete the identity verification (KYC) process.

2. Customers must place a buy or sell order for BTC/THB or ETH/THB within the campaign period. 

3. To comply with promotional guidelines set by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand), the benefits granted through this campaign are subject to the following Rewards Cap, whichever is highest:

   1. Not exceeding 4,000 THB, or

   2. Not exceeding 2% of the customer’s total annual trading fees paid to the company, or

   3. Not exceeding 0.2% of the customer’s minimum investment value

   4. The company will apply the cap that yields the highest value.

4. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

5. Discounts and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

6. Customers are responsible for any taxes or fees related to the rewards received (if applicable).

7. In case of system errors, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond the company’s control, or if any mistakes occur in distributing rewards, the company reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the rewards without prior notice.

8. Participants cannot redeem rewards for cash or transfer their rights to another person.

9. The company reserves the right to disqualify or reclaim rewards without prior notice if participants are found to have:

   (a) Used the rewards for business or improper purposes

   (b) Violated any campaign conditions

   (c) Engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activities

   (d) Performed any action deemed inappropriate by the company

10. The company reserves the right to disqualify transactions suspected of price manipulation, accounts registered unlawfully, or any trading activity that indicates wash trading or attempts to artificially influence prices.

11. The company reserves the right to adjust, modify, or add terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. Participants confirm that all information used for identity verification (KYC) is truthful and their own. If any false information is found, the company may cancel or reclaim the rewards and take legal action if necessary.
