KYC Level Update for New Customers to Enhance Security and Prevent Mule Accounts as per SEC Standards

We would like to inform you that the company has updated the KYC (Know Your Customer) levels for new customers to comply with the announcement from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the cooperation between relevant agencies, including the Thai Digital Asset Business Association (TDO), the Bank of Thailand, the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD), the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), and the Thai Bankers’ Association in addressing the issue of mule accounts.

As part of these measures, the company has adjusted the KYC levels from 3 levels to 5 levels. For existing customers, the system will automatically update your KYC level, and no further action is required from you, as follows:

  • If your current KYC level is 1, it will be updated to level 3.
  • If your current KYC level is 2, it will be updated to level 4.
  • If your current KYC level is 3, it will be updated to level 5.

The verification and approval of the information and documents submitted will take approximately 3-7 business days.

New KYC Level Updates

The KYC levels will now be divided into 5 levels as follows:

Level 1

  • Unlimited daily deposit limit
  • Daily Withdrawal limit of 50,000 THB
  • Daily withdrawal limit applies only the cryptocurrency
  • Delay the withdrawal of digital assets/THB for 24 hours from the first deposit.

Level 2

  • Unlimited daily deposit limit
  • Daily Withdrawal limit of 200,000 THB
  • Daily withdrawal limit applies only the cryptocurrency

Level 3

  • Unlimited daily deposit limit
  • Daily Withdrawal limit of 5,000,000 THB

Level 4

  • Unlimited daily deposit limit
  • Daily Withdrawal limit of 50,000,000 THB

Level 5

  • Unlimited daily deposit limit
  • Daily withdrawal limit of more than 50,000,000 THB
