Step 1: Open “Wallet” and Choose “Fiat”
Get started by logging into your Bitazza Thailand account using your email and password. If you are new to Bitazza Thailand, sign up for an account first. Go to the “Wallet” section in the application or the “My Wallet” tab on the website and select “Fiat”
Step 2: Select “Deposit”
When you are on the Fiat page, tap the “Deposit” button. You will also find your past THB deposits and withdrawal history on this page.
Step 3: Insert THB Amount
Insert the THB amount you wish to deposit into your Bitazza Thailand account. Make sure to enter the correct amount, then read the conditions below carefully, and select “Next”.
Step 4: Save QR Code and Open via Mobile Banking App
After confirming your THB amount, a QR code will be generated for you. Check the deposit amount and your bank account name. Save the QR code to your mobile phone and open it on your mobile banking application.
Step 5: Confirm Transaction
Confirm the transaction in your mobile banking application. You will receive a confirmation email from Bitazza Thailand once the transfer is complete. You can check your balance on the 'Wallet' page.

You can also check the withdrawal fees and your balance at the bottom of the screen, then tap the 'Withdraw' button.
Step 4: Confirm Transaction via Email
You will receive an email to confirm the transaction from Bitazza Thailand. Tap the “Confirm Your Withdrawal” button in the email. After that, you will receive another email confirming that your transaction is successful. We will process the withdrawal from your account within 4 hours. You can check your balance on the “Wallet” page.
